Our historical rooms invite you to embark on a veritable journey through the ages, step back in time in warm, relaxed atmosphere. Discover Swiss gastronomy by sampling our typical specialties such as Zürich-style veal, grilled St. Gallen schüblig or our half-and-half fondue (Vacherin and Gruyère) accompanied by a delicious Valais plate.

Divided into different zones, the Carnotzet is reminiscent of a cosy Alpine chalet. In a setting combining the charm of wood and exposed stone, this Alpine chalet-style setting invites you to take a comforting break for a meal. Enjoy a raclette or one of our emblematic Swiss specialties such as OLMA veal sausage or rösti. As the weather warms up, our restaurant also welcomes guests outdoors on its relaxed and shady terrace nestled alongside the Old Arsenal.

For a birthday, corporate party or celebration

To celebrate, announce, commemorate or simply get together with friends or family, Les Armures restaurant offers a number of private areas.

Our Swiss chalet offers you three warm spaces, adapted to your needs and with a total capacity of 60 people:

  • The main room can accommodate up to 30 people.
  • The vaulted room can accommodate up to 12 people.
  • The Cervin room can accommodate up to 18 people.

Semi-privatisation is available on request.

Please note that we do not rent out our private rooms for your own use, and there is a minimum of spent per guest.
